These terms govern your use of the Dry Run iOS app and dryrunapp.com. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you get the app through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Dry Run is a self-directed, honor-system challenge: you pick a distance (90, 180, or 365 days), pledge to count only real zero-drink days, and track your run. The app provides tracking, widgets, reminders, optional social features, and general wellness content. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, or addiction-treatment advice.
There is no tracker and no test. Check-ins are self-reported and made on your honor, per the pledge you sign in the app: count only real zero-drink days, reset your date if you slip, and claim a prize only if you truly finish. We reserve the right to decline prize fulfillment where we reasonably believe this pledge was not kept.
The leaderboard and crews are optional. When you use them you agree to use your real first name and city, keep names and text appropriate, and not impersonate others. We may remove records that are abusive, fraudulent, or misleading. Rows inactive for an extended period may be hidden from the board.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use the app where it would violate applicable law.
The app, site, name, mark, and content are owned by Dry Run or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
The app and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dry Run will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Wellness content is general information only; individual results vary.
We may update the app, prices (for future periods, with notice through the App Store), and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access for violation of these terms.
